Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" is applied as a natural person who mainly acts outside his profession and who, when placing an order at Zahra Books, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
"Zahra books" is used in the following both for the natural or legal person who accepts buyers order(s), sells the ordered goods upon order confirmation, and the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

prices:
All prices are daily prices and are only valid on the day of booking. There may therefore be price changes.
All prices quoted are including 25% VAT.
Order:
Presentation of goods along with a price on Zahra Books is not a binding offer, but just an invitation to make an offer.
Buyer's ordering of goods from Zahra Books does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a binding offer to Zahra Books to purchase the item under the stated terms.
A binding agreement between Buyer and Zahra Books is only concluded when Zahra Books accepts an offer made by Buyer by order confirmation.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as it is only you and PBS that can read. Therefore, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchased with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as it departs from Zahra Books. If you choose to receive the item, the amount will be paid on receipt of the item.
The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the possession of the Buyer, the risk that the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to incidental circumstances exceeds the Buyer.
Complaint:
Zahra Books, according to the Purchasing Act, provides 2 years' right of complaint from invoice date on fabrication and material defects (missing). The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
The invoice must be displayed to Zahra Books in connection with the use of the complaint.
Any complaint about defects in delivered products must or should have discovered the defect in Zahra Books within a reasonable time. Otherwise, Buyer loses its right to invoke the defect.

Information about the items ordered from such websites is not included in the description of the items ordered in the agreement between Buyer and Zahra Books.
Seller is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods ordered late arriving at Buyer or the goods ordered suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to Buyer's action or omission or circumstance beyond Zahra Books's control, eg war, insurgency, unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.
Zahra Books does not provide a self-guarantee for the goods ordered, and Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.
Returns:
If the Customer informs Zahra Books that the Customer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Zahra Books will refund the amount received.
The customer now has 14 days to notify you that they regret the purchase and then 14 days to send it back.
The customer can undo a purchase even if the item has been used.
An item is only used if used in addition to what is possible by testing the item in a physical store.
If the product has been used, a concrete assessment must be made of what the item used can be sold to another consumer. One possibly. impairment does not return the customer.
Goods returned to UFRANCO or upon request are refused receipt. When returning please use DAO, GLS or Post Nord - no alternative package distributors. As it allows to trace the product should it be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice, and please state clearly that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to receive a refund of the item's price. We recommend that you return the item as a cautious package with DAO, GLS or Post Nord.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing the receipt of the shipment.
These return rules apply to all items sold as distance selling to private - it does not apply to goods sold to companies.

Zahra Books reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep up to date on changes.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified for each item, the expected delivery time is within 4-5 business days.
Abuse:
Misuse of Zahra Books may lead to police reporting.
